About:

19 East Bayonne is a 6 story luxury mid-rise apartment building combining a casual luxury and comfortable atmosphere to all it’s residence. With its close proximity to NYC the building lends views not only to the city, but to the Statue of liberty.

Combinding two smaller buildings into one, this creating one large amenity space. Creating one larger hub made room for community building, leasing events, and activities that could hold all residents at once.

Existing tenet relocation by property owner for a leading healthcare provider. This project brought along challenges such as one for one replacement, existing furniture coordination, and budget/time restraints. Overall this smaller project was a great exercise for coordination and creating a vibrant workplace within given restrictions.
